Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha - Review

The trial against the leader of a Mexican drug cartel in a US prison is about to come to court. She plans to get lawyer Kundavi (Rahi) to file a case against him. Addiction maa fiya. The assignment to keep him safe comes to Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha review  (Varun), who is in Chennai.

Since Kundavi is his ex-girlfriend, he tries to protect her with more care, i.e., eye protection. Could he or could he not? The film is said to be shot with a bullet.

Usually, Gautham Vasudev Menon films have a lot of story and a little bit of action. Gautam has given a little bit of action and a little bit of story to touch. It's like they decided to do the action and wrote the script. Nothing has happened.

Though some scenes, dialogues, and the touch of Gautam in the making are known, it is all a story wearing a cooling glass inside the gummirut.

At the airport, in the apartments, on the roads, on the narrow streets, he shoots everywhere. People are falling. There wasn't even a policeman to ask.

Varun fits the role of a contract killer beautifully. His height and looks do justice to the action flick. But there's still love and romance to be had!Rahi doesn't have much to do. He runs with the man half the time. The rest is spent on romance.

The 'backstory' between Krishna and Joshua which comes suddenly is good but he has left the character in the middle, just like that. Divyadarshani who helps the hero, Mansooralikan and Vichitra who appear in a couple of scenes and Raja Krishnamoorthy who appears in the last scenes have done the given work.

SR Kathir's cinematography stands out in the pace of the action story. His experience shines through in the different shots, lighting and colors visible in some scenes. In the music of Karthi, the song 'Dabbasu Neram' and the background score helps in dragging the story.

Over All

The only consolation in the film is Yani Ben's action sequences. 'Joshua 'can be liked by those who like action.
