Vanangaan Film Review

Directed by Bala, the film stars Arun Vijay in the lead role. GV Prakash has composed music for the film. The film is produced by Suresh Kamatchi of V House Productions.

Story LineUp

Two different children who lost their parents to the tsunami grow up together. One of them is the character of Kotti played by Arun Vijay and the other is the character of his sister Devi. He is deaf and dumb from birth and is unable to speak. He is able to do all the work that is available, without any proper work.

Arun, who can get angry if he knows he's wrong, is there to support Vijay and his younger sister. Kotti has a habit of beating up someone in anger and advising him to take him on bail if it becomes a police problem. Also, Roshni Prakash plays the role of Tina, who has been in love with Kotti since childhood. He is multi-lingual and can explain about Thiruvalluvar and Vivekananda to the devotees visiting Kanyakumari.

Angry at whatever he does, Kotti is assigned to guard the Differently Abled Home, by the benevolent Father. He is loved by everyone, from children to adults. Three visually impaired women are seen taking a bath. Discovered, the differently abled women tell Kotti that someone has seen them taking a bath, and Kotti kills them. And he's in the police station. Whether the police officer Samuthirakani, who refuses to tell Kotti the reason for the murder and tries to buy the truth from him, got the answer, what happened in the end.

And as far as the script of the film is concerned, Bala has followed his usual style. In particular, the usual screen power of a comic character, a serious hero, a justice to the hero, a dharma, to make the serious story easier, but there may be something more innovative in it. It's great that the sign language throughout the film sets up the dialogues and moves the scenes to make it understandable to the fans.

About The Film

First of all, kudos to the story taken by director Bala. The way the script was neatly carried pointing out the atrocities against women in the society and that this is how the punishment should be.

Actor Arun Vijay is playing a crucial role in the film. He acted as if he couldn't speak. He scores in every scene. His acting, especially in emotional scenes, is impressive.

Actresses Roshni Prakash also played important roles in the film. The film also stars Sai Devi, Balasivaji and Shanmugarajan in pivotal roles. The characters of Mysskin and Samuthirakani who appeared in the role of honor are also special.

The climax is the biggest strength of the film.

Especially in the climax scene, Bala made everyone sit up and take notice. Both Arun Vijay and Bala should get the National Award. The way he showed that this law will also stand with a person if he touches the atrocities happening around him is praiseworthy

GV Prakash has composed the music. Sam CS's background music was intimidating.

Plus

Arun Vijay. Bala's direction and screenplay.

Minus

Some vulgar Scenes.

Overall Film : Its Rampage Film
